1. Termination and Cancellation

Description

1.1. Termination for Cause

Either party may terminate the Agreement if the other party breaches any of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and fails to remedy the breach within [number] days after receiving written notice.

1.2. Cancellation by Buyer

Buyer may cancel the order prior to the shipment of goods, subject to a cancellation fee of [amount]%. If goods have already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

1.3. Seller's Right to Cancel

Seller reserves the right to cancel the order if the Buyer fails to make payments or breaches any terms of this Agreement. The Buyer will be notified of such cancellation in writing.
